How are orders delivered and how can I track my order?

Retail orders are sent by Australia Post parcel.  Wholesale orders are sent via various couriers. Once it is shipped you will receive an email notification of your tracking number.  We deliver Australia wide, including metro and country areas.

What happens if the goods are damaged or gone missing?

In the unlikely event that the above happens, just email customerservice@ignatiuscoffee.com.au and we will send out another bag free of charge.

What if I am not happy with the coffee beans?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order than we will refund your money, no questions asked.  This is our money back gaurantee.  We believe in the quality of our product and aren't afraid to back up our claims!
